As it states, this is the All In Package and that's exactly what you get. Combine the Launch Website Package with the Branded Package. Now add in video.
Everything from The Launch Website Package and the Branded Package combined with a Video Shoot. This includes 4K Filming, HD Drone Footage, Video Editing and posting on YouTube with an embed on your webpage. Like the name says, its ALL In.
The video shoot portion of the All In Package comes in two flavors.
Flavor 1: This option gives you all three main components for a quality video. First, Kyle and I will work with you to identify what you want out of your video. Is this a 'Hype" piece? How about something for a client. Its your video, we make what you want. With an idea in hand, the Epic Crew of two will travel to your destination and spend 2 - 3 days filming. Next, Epic Cast will edit the footage and put together a video that is 100% you.
Flavor 2: This option really stands out if you are on a budget. This is a shared video shoot. When you select this option, Epic Cast will schedule your video shoot in a 3 month window. (Plans need to be made with at least 2 months advanced notice) If available, Epic Cast will add another client to your shoot window. Once the second client has booked, we will set dates for both of the shoots. One trip two clients served. This option splits the cost of Epic Cast travel and lodging. Additionally, because this is so much more economical for Epic Cast, we offer an additional savings of 15% off of the standard Single price.

Travel Expenses Explained

Travel expenses are a considerable part of the puzzle. Epic Cast travels in a pair. Always with two for filming, directing and of course fishing if needed. Staff require the following and charge accordingly. Round Trip Airfare, Meals, Lodging and Transportation. Each shoot is different. Each will receive a custom travel quote. If you are deemed in close enough proximity to drive rather than fly, the cost will be adjusted accordingly.​

Making a Video
The making of a video isn't something that we just show up and pull off. You are the customer and you need to decide what you want. We will offer suggestions. Things that have worked well for other customers. But no one knows your business likle you do. We will work in combination with you to lay out the shoot so we get the right footage.
Professional Editing Services
Its where the rubber meets the road. Industry average is to spend an hour per minute of edited film. Add in Storyboard, clip cleanup, video work though and of course, the final product. Editing is the real labor in any video venture. Epic cast will produce two videos for you. Both showcasing a slightly different side of you and your business.
Drone Footage
It really doesn't take much quality drone footage to set you apart. We fly several models of DJI birds. All programed with our own unique presets that provide what we feel are the best in fly by's. Drone flights are weather permitting but we haven't missed on yet. Epic Cast Drones are all flown by a FAA Licensed pilot. We follow all flight regulations and limitations.
